Bag Policy:

These events are big-bag free. Only bags smaller than a sheet of A4 paper will be permitted. People without bags will get in quicker.

Age Restrictions:

Children 12 and under are free with an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over. All under-16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder aged 18 or over who must remain on site throughout the Event as the under-16-year-old’s guardian. No unaccompanied under 16s are allowed on site.

Ticket Limit:

Maximum of 6 tickets per person (or per payment card) applies. Tickets exceeding this limit will be cancelled.

Ticket Transfer:

It is prohibited to resell tickets for the Event, except where resold using the official resale platform of the official ticket agent you purchased from, in accordance with the relevant ticket agent’s resale terms and conditions.

Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused.

Tickets must be valid, presented in full according to the authorised agents delivery methods and not altered or tampered with.

Companion Tickets – We operate a companion ticket scheme for eligible guests. Please contact the Access Team if the access customer is a child, to find out how to apply for a companion ticket. If you'd like to apply for this, please do not book a ticket for your companion as this will not be refunded if they are approved for a companion ticket. If you do not fit the criteria for a Companion ticket but still wish to bring someone and the event has sold out by the time we inform you, we can make a ticket available to book.
